Online selection - Multi Airlines Program
Selection is based on an online, distance learning test, including various tests in mathematics/physics, logic, reasoning, general aeronautical culture and English. Successful completion of the selection process entitles the candidate to enter the training program within 12 months.

Programme of your assessment
→ The assessment, which lasts a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes, is in English and is composed of three distinct parts:
⊛ Cognitive assessment
⊛ Aeronautical General Knowledge Assessment (MCQ)
⊛ Mathematics and physics assessment (MCQ)
Online preselection - Ryanair Future Flyer Academy program
Pre-selection is based on an online remote test, including various behavioral and cognitive exercises, as well as video recordings in English. The result determines whether the candidate is selected for the next selection phase. Successful completion of this pre-selection phase is valid for 12 months.
